Recruitment Specialist
This role focuses on public sector recruitment, therefore we are seeking someone with experience in recruitment within government sectors. You'll bring a strong understanding of the complexities of local and state government processes, including panel-based methods and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a methodical and proactive approach, and experience using digital platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Identify suitable talent through targeted research, market mapping, and database mining
- Assignment Management: Manage assignment documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and ensure compliance across all recruitment activity
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines of public sector professionals
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure CRM records are accurate and current
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to consultants and clients on assignment progress
This role requires a strong understanding of the complexities of local and state government recruitment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a methodical and proactive approach, and experience using digital platforms. A team-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, sound judgment, and high attention to detail are essential.
