Enterprise Account Director - Public Sector

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading key accounts across the public sector and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of existing clients and identify new opportunities in the public sector.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions to clients.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and develop internal stakeholders through the sales process and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise software or consultative selling, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and take ownership of client outcomes.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
  • Experience in solution selling, challenger, SPIN, or strategic selling methodologies.
