About the Role

In this key leadership position, you'll take ownership of the College's fundraising, sponsorship and donor engagement efforts. Your focus will be on cultivating long-term partnerships and building a strong philanthropic culture that supports the College's future ambitions.

Philanthropy is central to this role - not just as a fundraising tool, but as a way of strengthening community, enabling transformative projects, and leaving a legacy that benefits generations to come.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and the broader community to drive donor growth, secure major gifts, and deliver standout engagement events and campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of a sustainable fundraising and philanthropic strategy

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with donors, partners, and alumni

  • Promote a culture of giving across the College community

  • Oversee key events and engagement activities that foster meaningful connection

  • Deliver impactful campaigns that reflect the College's values and priorities

  • Manage donor communications, recognition programs and reporting

  • Collaborate across teams to support strategic projects and initiatives

  • Contribute to the planning of future capital campaigns and legacy programs

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or external relations

  • A genuine belief in the power of giving to drive real change

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

  • A creative and organised mindset with the ability to think strategically

  • Experience leading donor or sponsorship programs from concept to delivery

  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability

  • Confidence in using digital platforms, databases, and communication tools

  • Willingness to attend key events and activities outside of standard hours
