About the Role

This Strategic Financial Partnership Manager will act as a key business partner with stakeholders to ensure functions and departments meet agreed KPIs via effective and actionable reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide expert advice on financial matters, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on data.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with individuals from other work groups to coordinate resources and achieve shared goals.
  • Global Perspective: Advocate a global viewpoint, contribute to global goals, and consider global implications.
  • Team Leadership: Develop a culture, set high standards, and accountability that leads to ongoing excellence and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of global markets and trends.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Financial Partnership Manager at T2, you can expect:
