Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing crew performance and morale
- Maintaining accurate records of vessel operations
- Overseeing maintenance and repairs
- AMSA Master COC/COR Unlimited (mandatory)
- 5 years sea time as a Chief Officer (mandatory)
- STCW regulation II/2
- MSIC Card (required)
- ECDIS and GMDSS (required)
- Certificate of Safety Training (required)
- Australian Citizen or hold a valid working visa without restrictions
- Living in an Australian state (required)
