The Opportunity

You will play a key contributor to our renowned training team, shaping the future of real estate professionals by delivering and assessing Units of Competency within various training packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campus Expertise:
    • Design and deliver effective learning programs that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Employ diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and engage participants in the learning process.
  • Evaluation and Development:
    • Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve and meet the required standards.
  • Resource Enhancement:
    • Create and update instructional materials, resources, and assessments to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
    • Utilise technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Participant Support:
    • Provide personalized support to participants, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among learners.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to continually enhance personal and professional knowledge.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and improve training and assessment skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502), or TAE40116.
  • Hold a current WA real estate license, or registration (advantage).
  • Possess a minimum of ten years of experience in the real estate industry, with a primary emphasis on the sales and transactional processes.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective delivery to large audiences and facilitating feedback to ensure student success.
