Job Title: E-Learning Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Expert to join our team. As an E-Learning Expert, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining content on the Learning Management System (LMS). Your role will involve ensuring that the LMS is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all content is up-to-date and relevant.

You will also be responsible for optimising system performance to enhance the end user experience and promote a learning culture. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of new system releases and identifying relevant functionality and interacting with existing workflows. You will need to customise the LMS to meet organisational needs by evaluating and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions.

As an E-Learning Expert, you will also be responsible for managing and maintaining learning groups, ensuring accurate assignment of training modules, and maintaining learning content on the LMS. You will need to convert course content into dynamic e-learning modules using authoring tools.

Finally, you will be responsible for responding to service requests and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:
  • Well-developed organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong background in reporting frameworks, data analytics, and quality assurance.
  • Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture and scalable, user-centric design.
  • Experience using Cornerstone would be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in LMS administration and front-end design, with a focus on optimisation and innovation.
  • Experience in HR or Organisational Development, using LMS tools to support capability and culture initiatives.
  • Diploma of Training and Assessment or a Cert IV in training and assessment desired.
  • A tertiary qualification in Training and Assessment, Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
