We are seeking an experienced Work Rehabilitation Specialist to join our client, a leading insurer in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing high-risk injury claims, providing support for injured workers and employers through their recovery, return to work, and return to health
  • Collaborating with the claims teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Assisting Senior Case Managers with regular claim conferencing
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Workers Compensation scheme Claims Management or Return to Work knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of Personal Injury Management concepts relating to Victoria's Workers Compensation Scheme
  • Proven working experience in case management, preferably with an Allied Health Degree
  • High-level interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with effective communication skills
