The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our NSW team. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with our wider team to share best practices and drive sales growth

About You

We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. You'll have a strong understanding of sales principles, including territory management and pipeline management. You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
