The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our NSW team. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth in your designated territory.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets in your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to generate leads and close deals
- Collaborate with our wider team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive business growth
About You
We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. You'll have a strong understanding of sales principles, including territory management, pipeline management, and relationship building. You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
