Business Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Associate Director of Business Operations. This role is central to supporting business operations and plays a key part in driving strategic planning, financial oversight, risk management, and cultural engagement across the organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth operations, support strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing, engaged team culture. Key responsibilities include developing and contributing to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, tracking and managing financial performance, leading risk management and governance activities, and driving employee engagement through various initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • Proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, and portfolio delivery within complex environments
• Strong understanding of financial management, including OPEX/CAPEX and business case development
• Demonstrated success in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
• High levels of energy, initiative, and self-drive—you're proactive and solutions-oriented
• Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team culture
• Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs
