Job Description

Lead a team of IT specialists and oversee the delivery of business-aligned technology services.

Contribute to the strategic direction of the area and share accountability for overall performance.

Provide expert advice on technology planning, project and service delivery, infrastructure and operations, security, and architecture.

Ensure operational accountability for people management, budget, and processes.

Develop and guide individuals and teams to achieve area outcomes.

Enable workforce performance and continuous improvement through technology investments.

Improve policies, systems, and processes to ensure integrity, documentation, and alignment with industry standards.

  • Represent the IT department across various stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage risks and issues to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.
  • Own and communicate responsibilities related to health, safety, and holistic wellbeing.
  • Guide activities throughout the project lifecycle, including design, implementation, and compliance.
  • Monitor and guide on compliance, influencing others in the process.
  • Understand and possess technical expertise in the area under management.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating a work area or project.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in IT leadership or a related field.
