Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

  • Drive improved end-to-end ownership across key growth areas, analyzing key performance metrics and financial indicators to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A highly experienced leader in the Commercial Beverages Industry, with significant experience in running complex businesses in matrix environments.
  • Demonstrated strategic capability to drive results through growth-driven initiatives, managing the end-to-end P&L.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end businesses, with a broad understanding of driving Commercial and Supply-driven businesses across multi-channel to enable Customer delivery and differentiation.
