Job Title: Key Leader

This is a leadership role that impacts salesfloor team members and guest experience every day. The Key Leader leads by example, provides support to team members, facilitates an outstanding guest experience, and oversees all operations of the retail floor.

The Key Leader leverages key performance indicators and metrics to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to day-to-day business adjustments and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and People Management: Support ongoing learning and development, provide direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, and address performance concerns.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure a great guest experience by assessing needs, providing technical product education, and supporting transactions and omnichannel programs.
  • Working with Others: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcome and celebrate differences, and establish supportive relationships with team members.
Operations:
  • Provide salesfloor leadership, plan coverage, and make decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and determine if adjustments are warranted.
  • Manage product presentation tasks according to company standards.
