Job Overview

The role of a Graduate Area Manager is to lead and develop a team of associates, ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders.

This entry-level management position involves working at one of our operational sites. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, monitoring process efficiency, and prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a team of Amazon associates.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards within your remit area.
  • Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations.
  • Collaborating with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
  • Reviewing work forecasts and determining requirements to produce during the day.
  • Demonstrating problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be based in the heart of the action at one of our Fulfillment Centres, working with other Area Managers, support staff, and learning everything you need to know about how operations works.
