Product Manager – Logistics

In our Sydney Head Office, we have approximately 30 teams and sub-teams working on complex industry problems. Teams focus on areas like Warehousing, Carriers, Customs, E-commerce, International Logistics, and Landside Logistics.

We develop software that powers global logistics at WiseTech Global. Our solutions help emerging freight forwarders to established leaders like DHL and FedEx maintain resilient supply chains.

This role involves collaborating with talented software development teams on technical projects, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering impactful work. Together, we can change the world of logistics through innovation.

About You

You are an effective communicator and listener who can find the root cause behind problems. Your technical expertise allows you to envision and articulate concrete solutions. An outcome-driven mindset ensures your ideas become real-world solutions.

You thrive in challenging situations and appreciate a flexible, flat-structured work environment. With over five years of experience bridging industry and technology, you can transform supply chain challenges into implementable solutions.

The Responsibilities
  • Engage deeply with customers and other product teams to understand the problem space.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to design and formulate solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align development priorities.
  • Evaluate end solutions to ensure they meet customer and company needs.
  • Assist in generating product documentation and responding to customer requests for enhancements.

Your Knowledge and Understanding

  • Strong logistics/supply chain industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience turning business requirements into technical solutions.
Benefits and Requirements

As a Product Manager at WiseTech Global, you can expect a salary range between $150,000 and $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
