We are seeking an experienced Aviation Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Sydney (Bankstown). As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations for our aviation business.
About the Role
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including workloads, priorities, and guidance to ensure efficient operations and performance.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry standards and regulations. Review supply chain information and generate comprehensive reports for management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the supply chain. Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain for Toll Aviation, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Ensure the supply chain supports operational needs and growth.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including the Toll Maintenance Organization, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of supply chain professionals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the supply chain.
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain for Toll Aviation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in compliance and process improvement.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in reviewing supply chain information, generating reports, and using supply chain management software.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Aviation Management or Logistics Management.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
