Supply Chain Transformation Lead

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst to lead a comprehensive business case for a confidential project due in February. This role will involve collaboration across all areas of the organization and is critical to the success of the project.
About the Project:This contract position has the potential to evolve into a permanent position based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive business case ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Evaluate project viability and inform decision-making through the discovery phase.
- Analyze business processes and technical integration needs.
- Evaluate cost implications of proposed changes and identify the implementation team.
- Assess sales and distribution channels to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Gather essential information and insights from stakeholders through probing questions.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, particularly in large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong IT background with integration experience.
- Essential experience in supply chain management or FMCG sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This includes benefits such as access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative work environment.
