Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Group Supply Chain. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection and dispatch of routine microbiological testing samples.
  • Conduct laboratory testing and calibration activities.
  • Receipt and reconcile raw Alcohol for ATO reporting.
  • Manage the ordering of lab consumables.
  • Support site internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance with site, national, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor ATP, micro results and other necessary tests for CIP and cleaning verification.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cleaning, sanitation, and microbiological compliance, leading relevant projects to meet objectives.
  • Provide operational excellence line support and troubleshooting.

  • Certificate qualifications in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a similar discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance roles is advantageous.
  • Experience in the FMCG/Food manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relationship management.
  • Well-developed project management abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in change management.
