Job Description
  • Team Leadership: Coach, lead, and manage a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring efficient operations and performance through workload management, priority setting, and guidance.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with aviation industry standards and regulations. Generate comprehensive reports for management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the supply chain, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain for Toll Aviation, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring seamless integration with operational needs and growth.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong background in compliance and process improvement.
  • Experience in the aviation industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively, including workload assignment, priority determination, and teamwork promotion.
  • Proficiency in reviewing supply chain information, generating reports, and utilizing supply chain management software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification (Master, Diploma, Cert IV, or military equivalent) in Supply Chain or Aviation Management, Logistics Management, or Aircraft Maintenance Management.
