Job Description:

This rotational program is designed to develop your skills and expertise in supply chain management, logistics, forecasting, and operations. You'll gain hands-on experience across various departments such as inventory management, procurement, transportation, fulfillment, and demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Operations: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's supply chain processes, from procurement to logistics and fulfillment.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with teams to forecast product demand, ensuring inventory levels meet customer needs without overstocking.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to monitor and improve supply chain performance, identifying trends and inefficiencies.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to key supply chain projects that drive innovation and improve operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or soon to be completed) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
