About the Role

At HubSpot, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our Sales Team. As a key player in our ANZ office, you'll be instrumental in helping small businesses leverage our powerful tools and resources to achieve their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes to surpass monthly quotas
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to establish new deals
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Provide expert advice on how to best utilize HubSpot's platform for business growth
  • Conduct online product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our sales strategy in alignment with new offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Experience in full sales cycle management with a complex software solution
  • Strong skills in prospecting, nurturing, and net new business development within outbound sales contexts
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding targets
  • Focused on goals and the belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Exceptional consultative sales abilities and expertise in closing deals
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience working with a high volume of leads
  • Passionate about small businesses and solving for the customer
