About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile clients through the onboarding process. This involves building and maintaining custom integrations that meet their unique needs.
Collaboration with customers is essential to understanding their requirements and developing tools that simplify integration processes. Your ability to deliver projects on time is crucial to our success.
This role is based remotely, but candidates must be physically located in Australia.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field is required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development is also necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in building integration tools and APIs is also required.
Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth) is highly valued. The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements is also critical.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms is an asset.
