Enriching Lives Manager

A collaborative and compassionate leader is required to oversee a team of lifestyle therapists, providing enriching activities for residents in our residential aged care home.
This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, while contributing to a positive care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the delivery of therapist activities to promote residents' overall well-being
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to enhance their experience
- Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity within the care environment
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians.
Essential Requirements:- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification
- Minimum three years' experience in leisure and health programs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Police Check
- Australian Work Rights
