We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Care Officer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote social interaction, physical well-being, and mental stimulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Foster meaningful connections among residents through social events, games, and conversations.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, especially those with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Monitor resident feedback and preferences to continually improve our services.

  • Previous experience in caring for elders within an Aged Care or community setting.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or willingness to obtain one.
  • A First Aid Certificate (or willingness to get one).
  • An Australian driver's licence.
