Enriching Lives: A Personal Care Attendant Role

Are you passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? We're seeking a skilled Personal Care Attendant to join our team in Bannockburn. As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A certificate III or IV in Aged Care is mandatory.
- Experience as a Carer within a Residential Aged Care home is preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of days and shifts.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents.
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lend a hand with daily life activities, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
Work collaboratively with our team to support residents with challenging needs.
Help keep residents' bodies and minds active through engaging activities.
Monitor and assist with treatments, prioritizing residents' health and well-being.
Establish meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Maintain residents' privacy and dignity at all times.
