Job Overview

This is a critical role that requires a skilled field service technician to provide scheduled servicing and repair of high-end CNC machinery at customer sites across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a multi-axis CNC woodworking machinery service engineer or technician with electrical/mechanical trade skills, excellent customer relationship skills, solid computer skills, and a willingness to travel regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machinery
  • Conduct technical investigations and provide accurate recommendations to customers
  • Train customers on efficient operation and basic maintenance of the machinery
  • Ensure all installation safety protocols are up-to-date
  • Monitor production and assist customers with process improvements
Requirements:
  • Multiaxis CNC experience
  • Electrical/mechanical trade skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Solid computer skills
  • Australian residency
