Mobile Phone Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile phone repairs, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Diagnose and repair various issues with mobile phones, including screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repairs, and software troubleshooting.
  • Perform repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer queries, providing repair updates, and selling accessories.

As a Mobile Phone Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the retail space, working efficiently to meet customer demands, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mobile phone repairs or an interest in learning repairs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of different mobile phone brands and models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
