Key Responsibilities- Perform modifications, assembly and repairs on various heavy machinery attachments.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.
- Ensure all work meets strict safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy machinery modification, assembly or repair.
- Proficiency in MIG welding to AS/NZS 1554 standards for heavy machinery applications.
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes for heavy machinery components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to overcome complex challenges.
