Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, machinery maintenance, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • Performing scheduled inspections to identify potential faults or malfunctions.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Essential Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications as a Fitter.
  • Valid NSW Fitter tickets and licenses.
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and capable of completing tasks that may require heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with CNC machinery.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
  • Welding and fabrication skills.
