  • Job Title: Services Engineer
  • Project Location: Maroochydore

We are seeking a talented Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating services consultants and trades for a new project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services, with relevant engineering or trade qualification and industry experience. They will work closely with the Design and Services Managers to ensure all documentation meets required specifications, cost budgets, and construction programme timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of building services on the project
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of work as it proceeds, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager
  • Participating in the final handover of the building, including commissioning and submission of the final documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification together with solid industry experience
  • Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships at all levels of the external and internal business environment
