Our goal is to support a talented team of professionals in the coordination of building services for a new project located in Maroochydore. This role will involve:

  • Designing and coordinating the installation and commissioning of building services on the project.
  • Working closely with Design and Services Managers to ensure all documentation meets required specifications and construction programme timelines.
  • Monitoring the production of workshop drawings and as-built documents.
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of work, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification together with solid industry experience.
  • Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business environment.
