Project Coordinator Role

This position involves overseeing the planning and coordination of services consultants and trades for a new project in Maroochydore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on the project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Design and Services Managers to ensure all documentation meets required specifications, cost constraints, and construction programme timelines.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to monitoring the production of workshop drawings and as-built documents.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work as it proceeds, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in the final handover of the building including the commissioning and submission of the final documentation.

Requirements:

  • Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification together with solid industry experience.
  • Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a project team.
