This role offers the chance to support customers in achieving their dream of owning a home or investment property. You will build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the home loan process and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property
- Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Develop lending capabilities through great training and development opportunities
- Gain transferable lending skills that can take you to new places within the bank and financial services industry
Requirements:
- Proven residential lending and retail banking experience
- Experience working in sales roles with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, relationship building expertise, and desire to promote ANZ
- Strong customer focus, ability to network effectively, and build customer and community connections
- Financial acumen, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to change and ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environment
