Training Material Specialist

Nurturing Excellence in Training Materials is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for creating and managing all training materials, including digital adoption tools, to support transformative projects within the SysMod initiative.

About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation in training material design and development.

You will work closely with stakeholders to create on-the-job learning resources that enable users to self-resource and refresh their knowledge at any time.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting digital learning programs, translating training needs analyses into effective learning modules, and cultivating relationships across organisational tiers.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage all training materials, including digital adoption tools
  • Develop on-the-job learning resources to enhance user knowledge
  • Contribute to new programs, resources, delivery methods; and review existing practices
About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in education or training
  • A proven track record in crafting digital learning programs
  • Demonstrated success in translating training needs analyses into effective learning modules
  • Proficiency in cultivating relationships across organisational tiers
  • Familiarity with Articulate360 Storyline and Rise
  • Understanding of digital adoption platforms and experience collaborating with third-party vendors
  • Exceptional communication skills, inspiring confidence and leading individuals through change
