As our Training and Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Australian General Practice Training program across a training region. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating registrar placements and training activities, ensuring alignment with program requirements and community needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to GP registrars, supervisors, and practice staff, serving as the primary point of contact for all training-related queries.
- Collaborate closely with the GP medical education team to facilitate program activities, develop resources, and enhance the overall training experience.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including GP registrars, supervisors, and practice staff.
You will have the opportunity to lead or contribute to key regional processes, including accreditation, performance reviews, and program reporting. To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, as well as strong coordination and organisational abilities.
