BGIS is a leading organization in Real Estate Services dedicated to delivering exceptional services. We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As the Training and Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing team performance by designing comprehensive training programs and reporting mechanisms.

This role requires managing the training & development program for the Operations Centre, actioning new starter training, assisting team leaders with ongoing development, and completing routine side-by-side coaching sessions.

You will also manage quality & productivity reporting for the operations centre, drive customer satisfaction improvement, and develop entry pathways into the operations centre through university engagement and other CSR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs
  • Actioning and directing new starter training
  • Assisting team leaders with training requirements
  • Managing quality & productivity reporting
  • Driving continued improvement in customer satisfaction
  • Developing entry pathways into the operations centre

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Adult Education or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in managing and undertaking training needs analysis
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
