We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our team on a 4-week contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 Support, including password reset, account setup, printer issues, VPN setup and more

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

- Perform a range of common user administration and general administration duties

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Service Desk role is essential

- Proficiency in Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook/Exchange is required

Desirable Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, including a confident and helpful phone manner

- Sound prioritisation skills and the ability to work well both independently and with others

Additional Requirements:

- Current National Police Check (NPC) and Drivers License is necessary
