Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our collaborative People & Organisational Development team. As a strategic, hands-on partner, you will work closely with Operations to drive culture, performance and meaningful people outcomes that drive business success.

  • Partner with operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals
  • Coach managers and team leaders to build leadership capability and lift performance
  • Lead workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance matters
  • Drive engagement and culture initiatives to foster a high-performing, values-aligned workplace
  • Championing continuous improvement across HR systems, processes, and practices

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 8+ years' experience in HR (ideally generalist or BP)
  • Expertise in ER, performance coaching, and supporting change
  • A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder skills
  • Resilience, initiative, and a pragmatic solutions-focused attitude
