Strategic HR Business Partnership Specialist

This is a key role for an ambitious professional seeking to leverage their expertise in human resources to drive business success. As a Strategic HR Business Partnership Specialist, you will form critical partnerships with stakeholders across the organisation to promote effective HR practices.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to understand and address complex business needs, developing targeted HR solutions that align with organisational objectives.
- Manage and resolve sensitive employee relations issues, providing informed guidance on employment law, Work Health and Safety legislation, and industry best practices.
- Design and implement tailored HR initiatives, policies, and programs that meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws, WHS regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise advice on HR matters.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience building relationships with managers, employees, and senior leadership.
A full-time, fixed-term opportunity through 1 December 2026, offering flexibility to work from home up to 60% of the time once onboarded and approved.
