Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored treatment plans
- Prescribe medication as necessary, with guidance from our clinical lead
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Valid and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia
- AHPRA registration and ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medication
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain high ethical standards
