Job Title: Program Delivery Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Programs & Contracts Officer to join our organization in this 12-month fixed-term opportunity. The successful candidate will support the delivery of live performance events across Civic Theatre venues, providing administrative, programming, and contractual support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative support for the planning, development, and execution of live performances and events.
  • Manage contracts, track performance schedules, and maintain accurate records and communications to support both commercial and community-based programming.
