Our client is an innovative institution committed to excellence in research and technology. This organisation is currently undergoing major technology transformations to enhance services and streamline operations.

**Your new role**

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to lead daily stand-ups, triage meetings, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. You will develop, update, and manage critical project documentation, including project plans, RACI matrices, RAID logs, project timelines and roadmaps. Using JIRA, you will efficiently manage the project backlog including ticket creation, prioritisation, and regular review. This role will see you provide regular project progress reports to the team, addressing issues, blockers, risks, and the overall project roadmap and delivery timeline. You will be a key liaison for stakeholders and external vendors and represent the project alongside the Project Manager and Change Manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Solid project coordination experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex tasks and timelines.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements with a focus on optimising workflows and enhancing efficiency.
- Experience delivering a SaaS or PaaS project is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of agile project management using JIRA
- Relevant project management qualifications and previous project exposure to MS Dynamics and/or ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
