**Your responsibilities will include**:
- We're seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of optimizing project execution and delivery
**Your primary responsibilities will encompass**:
- Assist in implementing and coordinating PMBP, including governance methodologies, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, change management, risk, issue, and opportunity management.
- Facilitate coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support our governance operating model, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
- Collect, analyse, and disseminate timely, accurate information, status updates, and metrics to program leadership.
- Contribute to the budget development process and evaluate how project plan changes affect cost and schedule, ensuring financial accountability and project feasibility.
**About you**:
You must have strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude towards work tasks with a passion for uncovering creative solutions and driving efficiency.
Your adaptability coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement and eagerness to grow and learn will make you a valuable team member.
**Experience required**:
- Experience in a similar role managing small scale projects (preferably within engineering project environment)
- Demonstrated understanding of the interactions between programs and the engineering disciplines, finance, commercial, support and quality areas
- Ability and/or experience providing coordination to a team of professionals
- Experience working across internal boundaries to ensure the delivery of high quality products and services
- Ability and experience dealing effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from various backgrounds and positions, to achieve desired results.
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, assist with analysis and interpretation of complex reports and management information
