
Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Overview
This role is designed to provide support to our service team and site management by coordinating tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring successful completion of tasks within our systems.
The Service Delivery Coordinator will work closely with the finance and accounts team, coordinate and allocate tasks across multiple services and contracts, and maintain up-to-date records related to assets and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the finance and accounts team in reviewing and reporting on timesheets
- Coordinate and allocate tasks across multiple services and contracts
- Maintain data accuracy and records related to assets and maintenance
- Operate the internal helpdesk line and answer calls from engineers as required
- Liaise with technicians daily to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of maintenance activities and strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
