Job Description

The Health Program Partner plays a pivotal role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of members and communities through evidence-based health programs. This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering impactful health initiatives and possesses excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of chronic disease programs, engaging stakeholders to define requirements, and overseeing onboarding, updates, and decommissioning of programs as needed. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, be proactive, and demonstrate a member-first mindset.


Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in health program or product delivery, ideally within the private health sector
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
