The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team as a Hub Coordinator - Allied Health & Specialists. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients accessing allied health and specialist services are scheduled and confirmed before arrival to appointments.
This position is essential to delivering ongoing comprehensive healthcare to our patients and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Coordinate bookings and attendance rates for multi-disciplinary service providers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure future referrals to allied health specialists are in place for further care if required.
- Monitor allied health and specialist clinics' accounts payable for billing and reconciliation.
- Handle sensitive patient correspondence and ensure confidentiality in accordance with ATSICHS Brisbane's Privacy Policy and Procedures.
- Contribute to quality management through the use of LogiQC Quality Management Systems.
- Foster productive working relationships across all levels, promoting cooperation, trust, respect, and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bookings and attendances for allied health and specialist services.
- Process referrals and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Manage accounts payable and reconcile clinic finances.
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality in patient correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an allied health and specialist administration support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- National Police Clearance.
