Job Opportunity

This role is an excellent chance to be a part of a dynamic team that uses AI-driven imaging to enhance road safety and reduce accidents. The selected candidate will work with various teams, contributing to a positive environment.

The primary responsibility is to monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, document work, and escalate complex problems as needed for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors across Australia and internationally.

About the Role
  • To succeed in this position, you will need full working rights in Australia and be able to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Post-training, you will work approximately one shift per week based at our office.
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and troubleshoot deployed systems nationwide and internationally.
  2. Provide first-level technical support, responding to calls professionally.
  3. Document incidents accurately and solutions accordingly.
  4. Elevate complex issues when necessary.
  5. Maintain updated knowledge of Help Desk processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Level 1 technical support role.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a 24/7 operational setting.
  • A self-motivated individual who can learn independently with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
