Technical Support Specialist Role

Future Logic is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting across diverse systems, networking, servers, cloud security, and more.
  • Bridge frontline support and senior engineering teams to resolve incidents end-to-end and escalate effectively.
  • Support project deployments and contribute to improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with clients through proactive updates and detailed notes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced MSP environment with realistic expectations and a focus on work-life balance.
  • Maintain accurate ticket records and time entries, with all notes visible to clients by the next business day.
  • Be prepared for occasional after-hours emergencies, with documented compensation policies in place.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of MSP experience with strong foundations in M365, Windows, and Azure.
  • Hold unrestricted work rights in WA, including a valid driver's license and vehicle for site visits.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing clarity and delivering results.
