About The Role

What You'll Do
  • Work in a 24/7 operational setting, providing technical support to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors across Australia and internationally.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends to deliver exceptional results in this dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • 12+ months experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Level 1 technical support role.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is critical, as is being a self-motivated, independent learner with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are also necessary for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay focused and motivated in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
